A one-hour boat trip to discover the Alto Lario, the northernmost section of Lake Como, a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts and lovers of unspoilt nature. Navigation allows you to immerse yourself in the discreet charm of the landscape, where history and nature come together to create spectacular views.

From Colico we set sail in the direction Domaso, continuing along the Como coast to Gravedona, with its palaces, and Dongo, a place steeped in historical memory. We then return to the eastern shore of the lake to Piona, where the serenity of the ancient Cistercian abbey of St Mary and the enchanting stretch of water surrounded by the bay reign supreme.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 72 hours before the start of the tour: 80% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the tour: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the tour or no-show: no refund (100% of the total amount will be retained).
In the event of bad weather and adverse weather conditions that compromise the safety of navigation: full refund, subject to verification and confirmation by Nausika Group SRL.

What documents should I bring with me on the day of the rental/tour?

It is sufficient to present a valid identification document (ID card or passport) and, if required for the type of charter, the original boat licence. For private and shared tours, an ID card is sufficient for identification. To speed up check-in, it is important to bring the contract, automatically generated at the time of booking, completed and signed.

Are the boats insured?

Yes. All our vessels are covered by compulsory insurance, as required by current regulations. Insurance cover details are available and can be consulted, ensuring maximum transparency.

Are there life jackets on board?

Yes, every boat is equipped with all safety equipment required by law, including life jackets for adults and children (always check the availability of specific sizes for children when booking) and all fire-fighting and first aid equipment.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Safety is our top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions that make sailing unsafe, the captain (if any) or our team will assess the options. Generally, an attempt will be made to reschedule the charter or tour date. If this is not possible, the refund policies in the contract terms will apply.

Where is the meeting point? Are there parking spaces available?

The meeting point for boat hire and shared tours is at our Yacht Club “Nausika”, Via Montecchio Nord 21 - 23823 Colico (LC). Reservable parking spaces are available here at a cost of €15. For private tours, the meeting point can be arranged as required.

Can I customise the tour or rental itinerary?

Yes, we offer flexibility. For bareboat charters, you are free to sail within the permitted limits. For private tours with a skipper, you can make changes or create your own itineraries by writing to experience@nausika.it.
